Terms of use
Last updated 20 October 2026. The short version: it’s a free tool for your daily rebuild, it isn’t medical care, and your reflections belong to you.
Who we are
The Daily Rebuild app is run by John Mitchell (“we”). Our details are on the Legal Notice page.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over. While sign-up is invite-only, you need the invite code shared in the Daily Rebuild Guide community. One account per person.
Not medical advice or therapy
The app helps you keep a daily routine: listening, moving and reflecting. It isn’t therapy, medical advice or a crisis service, and it doesn’t replace professional care. Check with a doctor before starting new exercise if you have a health condition. If you’re struggling, contact Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7) or text 50808. In an emergency, call 112 or 999.
Your account
You sign in with a link or code sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You can sign out of every device and delete your account at any time in Settings.
Your content
Your reflections are yours. We store them only to show them back to you, and handle them as described in the Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Please don’t try to break, overload or get into parts of the app that aren’t yours, or use it to harm anyone. We may suspend an account that does.
The service
The app is free. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or end features. If we ever close the app, we’ll give you notice and time to download your data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law. Beyond that, we aren’t responsible for losses from using the app that we couldn’t reasonably foresee.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect. Irish law applies, and you can bring any dispute in the courts of Ireland or of the EU country where you live.
